Biography:

Dr. Yung-Pin Lu is an Assistant Professor in the School of International and Public Affair and Vice-Director of Third-Sector Study Center from Shanghai Jiao Tong University. Dr. Lu had PhD. in Leadership Studies, Master Degree in Business Administration from U.S.A. who also was a visiting Scholar for Zurich University of Applied Psychology and India Business Academy. His several publishes include Next Station, Social Enterprise: 30 Social Enterprises Cases is the one of the best sell social enterprise book in China. Dr. Lu also has three Translated books, such as Global Fundraising: How the World is Changing the Rules of Philanthropy, Social Entrepreneurship: An Evidence-Based Approach to Creating Social Value, Charity, Philanthropy, and Civility in American History, as well as responsible editor of China Third Sector Research Journal (CSSCI) and part of the research team of Annual Report on Social Organizations Evaluation in China. His researches focus on leadership, collaborative management, NGO-NPO, social enterprise, social finance, social impact, volunteer, donation, and intercultural communication. As a scholar, consultant, educator, facilitator, and volunteer, Dr. Lu has over 15 years experiences cross cultures in government, profit & non-profit organizations.
