Biography:
Processor Wang Yu got her Ph.D and master degree from Kyoto University, Japan; bachelor degree from Tongji University, China. Prior to working at Shanghai Jiaotong University, she worked as an UN Researcher for United Nations Centre for Regional Development (UNCRD). Her research interests mainly focus on public service provision, urban governance and regional development. She is member of Urban Planning Commission of Shanghai Municipality, member of City Planning Institute of China.
