Biography:
Xuekun Zhang was born in Yunnan China. Graduated from Peking University in 2009 with a Ph.D. He was a Visiting PhD student at Sciences Po, paris and LSE from 2007 to 2008, a visiting scholar at Columbia University at New York city from 2013 to 2014. His research interests focus on Asia-pacific international relations, Sino-Russia relations, and EU neighbourhood policy.
