The 6th SJTU Postgraduate Public Affairs Case Competition Held Successfully

Recently, the 6th Shanghai Jiao Tong University Postgraduate Public Management Case Competition jointly organized by the SJTU Graduate School and School of International and Public Affairs was successfully held. Due to the needs of epidemic prevention and control, this competition was held online. Professor GUI Lin, Deputy Dean of the Graduate School of Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Professor ZHANG Xiaoyi, Party Secretary of the CPC Committee at  School of International and Public Affairs, Professor Wu Jiannan, Dean of the School of International and Public Affairs and other school management attended the opening ceremony.


The Postgraduate Public Affairs Case Competition of Shanghai Jiao Tong University is co-sponsored by the Graduate School of Shanghai Jiao Tong University and the School of International and Public Affairs of Shanghai Jiao Tong University, and has been successfully held for five consecutive sessions. The participating cases over the years have focused on the current hot issues in the field of public affairs in China. The topics are novel and the problem-solving awareness is strong. The solutions offered by contestants have certain reference value. This competition aims to guide SIPA MPA students to pay attention to the major practical problems in China's public affairs practice. It is expected to improve the ability of SIPA MPA students to use public administration theories and methods to analyze and solve practical issues through practical training, and to improve the quality of our school's MPA talent training , to help our school's MPA high-quality connotative development.
