Leaders of CPPCC Shanghai committee attended symposium at the China Institute for Urban Governance

XIAO Guiyu and SHOU Ziqi, both are vice chairmen of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) Shanghai committee visited the China Institute for Urban Governance (CIUG) of Shanghai Jiao Tong University (SJTU) on the morning of February 17th, and held a symposium at the Administration Building of Xuhui Campus. XING Bangzhi, Deputy Secretary-General the CPPCC Shanghai committee, along with other members of the CPPCC Shanghai committee also joined the research and investigation. YANG Zhenbin, Standing Committee Member of CPPCC Shanghai committee and University Party Secretary of the Chinese Communist Party (CPC) SJTU Committee, JIANG Sixian, former University Party Secretary and Director of CIUG, and scholars from CIUG participates in the symposium. The symposium was hosted by JIANG Sixian.

The management Leaders of CIUG introduced CIUG's daily work briefly, reviewed and summarized the achievements and milestones of CIUG in recent years in terms of government decision-making consultation, Shanghai urban governance experience, platform construction, academic research and institutional mechanisms, after which the personnel looked forward to the next stages of work.
