MPA Program in Numbers
- Shanghai Jiao Tong University offers one of the 1st MPA degrees in China. Up to now, more than 3600 people have graduated with MPA degrees, among which dozens have taken important leadership positions. Many MPA graduates have become the backbone of governments at all levels and public administration departments. A number of MPA graduates have made remarkable achievements and contributions in fields such as urban and social governance, public services, innovation and entrepreneurship, public safety and people's livelihood.
- Seven theses have been selected as "Best MPA Papers in China", ranking the 1st among domestic universities.
- Number of cases selected into the national case library of public administration ranked the 4th in China, and SJTU MPA program took the lead in planning and publishing China Public Governance Practice Cases and other MPA excellent case series of books.
- Brand Building and Model Construction of MPA Education in Shanghai Jiao Tong University was awarded the Second Prize of Shanghai Teaching Achievement Award.
- In 2018, SIPA’s MPA program was rated as A Class in the First National Professional Degree Evaluation.
