On the morning of May 24th, the Chairman of the Welfare and Social Development of South Africa, Director of the African Centre for Social Development, Professor Leila Patel of the University of Johannesburg and Assistant Professor Lauren Graham visited SIPA to conduct academic exchanges and held a “Comparison of Social Policies between China and South Africa”workshop. The workshop was held by Prof. Zhang Xiaotong, Director of the Social Security Research Center.  Together with the leader of Center for Monitoring and Verification of Low Income Families and student from SIPA
