SIPA Freshman Join North Pole Marathon for Public Welfare

In the afternoon of April 4, a very special marathon expedition ceremony was held at the Xuhui Campus of Jiaotong University. Xing Jiawen, a freshman student at Shanghai Jiao Tong University's School of International and Public Affairs, will soon be the youngest athlete to challenge the “North Pole Marathon”.

On the occasion of the tenth anniversary of Wenchuan Earthquake, she will raise funds for “China and Western Public Welfare Talent Support Action” of China Jiaotong University’s Institute of Public Welfare Development throughout the marathon, making this Polar Marathon a warm journey.
