First Movie Night for 2018

On March 15, the SJTU-School of International and Public Affairs, in cooperation with the SIPA-International Students Union, successfully hosted the first Movie Night for 2018 as the inaugural activity for the new International Students’ Lounge.

The film shown was Shanghai Calling and it was a love story that introduced the basic features of Chinese everyday life and culture from the perspective of foreigners who are trying to thrive in Chinese society. The film was well received by the participants and the union is preparing the next set of movies via a poll among the SIPA international student body.
