My office will be closed from October 1 to 8 due to our National Day Holiday and Mid-autumn Festival Holiday, please check the information as follows:

A.请注意交通安全，遵守交通法规。尤其不要驾驶无牌无证助动车，不要酒后驾车，不要闯红灯，不要骑车逆向行驶等。
Please attach more importance to your own safety and to observe the traffic regulations. In particular, please do not drive motorcycles without license, do not drive while intoxicated, do not run the red light and do not ride or drive the reverse direction, etc.
B. 电信诈骗(Telecommunication Fraud)
如果接到让同学们把钱汇到别人银行账号的电话，不管是因为什么原因，请同学们不要理睬，挂断电话。
If you have received a phone call that asked you to transfer the money to one specific bank account of another person for whatever reasons, please immediately hang up and report it to the police.

D.各位同学不要酗酒。如因醉酒与他人发生冲突及造成伤害，则属于刑事案件。

另，请假期在校留学生生尤其注意以下几点：
BTW，please attach more importance to the rules as followed (students who live on-campus):
1.楼道、盥洗室、公共厨房、淋浴间及房间内，禁止吸烟。禁止在公寓内焚烧任何物品。严禁随意丢弃烟头。由此造成事故的，须负责赔偿并承担相关法律责任。
It’s forbidden to smoke in the aisle, lavatory, public kitchen, shower enclosure and living room of the ISA. Discarding cigarette butts randomly is strictly forbidden. Any students who cause the FIRE Accident shall be responsible for compensation and bear the relevant legal responsibility.
2.楼道、公共厨房等公共场合，禁止饮酒；禁止醉酒后携带酒瓶在公寓内闲逛；如因醉酒与他人发生冲突及造成伤害，则属于刑事案件。
Alcohol drinking is prohibited in public places such as the aisle, the public kitchen etc. It’s prohibited to hang around with bottles in the ISA under the influence of alcohol. Conflicting with others and causing harm under the influence of alcohol belongs to Criminal Case.
