Notice for Student Counseling Hours, 2017
 
In order to explore issues of concern and help the students, School of International and Public Affairs (SIPA) offer student consultation at specific hours during the working days. The schedule is as follows,
 
Monday: 10.00-11.30

Wednesday: 13.30-16.30

Thursday: 10.30-12.00
 
Note: Students who want to change supervisor, acquire transcripts, internships, statement of enrollment, extension of graduation, suspension of school or leave, please print and fill the relevant form. The forms can be downloaded from the “jbox- Important Notices” folder (https://jbox.sjtu.edu.cn/l/VooiQ9 ). After submitting the hard copy of the form, the student will get the desired document in 3 working days. Students who need to submit forms can come to the office at anytime during the working days.
