Notice of Monthly Scholarship Signing, 2017
 
Scholarship students have to sign the scholarship during the first week of each month (from 1st to 7th each month, within 5 working days only, not including weekends). For October scholarship signing, please come to the office from 9th till 13th October, 2017. For the first year students, no monthly signing is required, as their track-record will be maintained with the help of their class attendance of different courses.
 
Regulations:
● In beginning of every new semester, please do the scholarship signing at Xuhui Campus: Room 1001, Tao Li Yuan; or Minhang Campus: Student Affairs Office（Room 807, New Administration Building B）.
● If any student breaks the discipline of the university, the scholarship will be cancelled or suspended depending upon the level of punishment.
● Those who have doubts about scholarship distribution (living, accommodation etc), please contact with ISC within two weeks after the scholarship was deposited, there is no acceptance of any application of checking and making up later.
 
 

Time of Distribution of scholarship
 
Months

January and February: will be granted together(Before 10th, January)
March and April: will be granted together after Semester’s Signing
(Before 20th, March)
May and June: will be granted monthly(Before 10th of Each Month)
July and August: will be granted together(Before 10th, July)
September and October: will be granted together after Semester’s Signing(Before 30th, September)
November and December: will be granted monthly(Before 10th of Each Month)
