Information Session on Talent Development Collaboration with the University of Chicago Harris School of Public Policy Successfully Held

Serene Tian, Associate Director of Short-Term Certificate Programs at the Harris School, provided an in-depth introduction to the school’s semester exchange and short-term certificate programs. She noted that SJTU students participating in the exchange program are eligible for academic scholarships specifically established by the Harris School for SJTU students.

Serene Tian highlighted that SJTU students can attend the Harris School for two to three semesters during their undergraduate studies and are also eligible to apply for the Master of Public Policy (MPP) program. In addition to semester exchanges, students may opt to join short-term certificate programs such as the Policy Research and Innovation Boot Camp and the Joint Summer School Programs, which include modules in International Policy Analysis and Practice, Monetary Policy and International Finance, and Environmental Economics and Policy.
