Personal Profile:


Li Zhichao graduated from the Department of Sociology, Tsinghua University. He is currently a Professor and Doctoral Supervisor at the School of International and Public Affairs, Shanghai Jiao Tong University. He was a Visiting Scholar at Stanford University (2015–2016). He was selected as a Shuguang Scholar of Shanghai.

He has served as Principal Investigator for projects including a Major Special Project of the National Social Science Fund of China and a General Program of the National Natural Science Foundation of China. He has published more than 60 papers in journals including Management World, Journal of Public Management, Chinese Public Administration, Journal of Public Management Review, Journal of Public Administration Review, Public Management and Policy Review, Public Management Review, Risk Analysis, and Safety Science. He holds 2 computer software copyrights and has published 2 academic monographs.
