Students and Staff Celebrated the Spring Festival

On the evening of January 28, 2014, the students and staff members still staying at SJTU celebrated the upcoming Spring Festival togethter. Chen Kehong, Party Secretary of Shanghai Education and Health Working Committee, Yang Yuanfei, Deputy Party Secretary of the Communist Youth League Shanghai, Jiang Sixian, Chairperson of SJTU, Zhang Jie, President of SJTU, Vice Presidents Zhu Jian, Zhang Ansheng, Hu Jin, Wu Dan, Xu Xuemin, and President Assistant Xu Guoquan, together with the teaching staff and students both at home and abroad who are staying on campus during the vacation, celebrated the Spring Festival.

Chen Kehong, on behalf of the Shanghai Education and Health Working Committee and Shanghai Education Comission, extended to SJTU teachers and students his New Year's wishes.

Jiang Sixian and Zhang Jie said Happy New Year to all the students and teachers of SJTU and presented delicate New Year's gifts to all the students.

Jiang Sixian wished all the teachers and students a happy New Year, healthy body and a good success in the New Year.

Zhang Jie wished all gallop at the head, a good luck, and a great success in the Year of the Horse, and wished a bright future of SJTU with all the people present.

Students' performance, including solo Toast Song, Shear The Love (Jian'ai), folk music Horsing Racing, dancing Dance to the New Year, won thunderous applauses from time to time.
