II. Requirements:

1. All current foreign self-fund students of SJTU (except non-degree students, final year students and exchange students), who obey school rules and regulations, no criminal or disciplinary record, has outstanding academic record. Liu Garden - Sheng Yudu scholarship is only for Language students.

2. Students who has won the outstanding foreign self-funded Students Scholarship before can not to apply for this year’s scholarship, but can apply for other scholarships;

3. Year 2012 Students who did not buy the Chinese mainland insurance shall not apply for this year’s scholarship.

III. Apply

1. Download and fill in the application form at ftp://public.sjtu.edu.cn/  （Account：zhaoyuan, passwords: public）

2. Deadline: May 15 (Hand in your application form to Room 111, SIE)

3. May 16 to 29 will be the evaluation period for SIE. The final result will come out in public after that.

4. Publicity without objection, the annual scholarship winners list will final determined.
