I am Ahmad Said (Andy) from Afghanistan. I’m studying master of Public Administration at School of International and Public Affairs SJTU. I did my bachelor degree in International Economic and Trade at Zhejiang Sci-Tec University. During my bachelor I realized undergraduateprogram alone does not suffice for being China expert so I wanted to extend my study tenure in China and wanted to specialize in Chinese society, government, diplomatic relations and public sector. For this purpose, I found MPA program at Shanghai Jiao Tong University and now I am confident for my right choice. Thankyou SJTU for giving me chance to be part of this program. My objective of studying Master of Public Administration is to enhance my ability to conduct independent analyses of organizations, political and administrative structures and processes, and public policy. This guides me to have a clearer dream on what I am going to do next. I will try my best to have even a role in bilateral relationship between two countries.
