The course is divided into two parts: public organization and public management. The first 24 class hours focus on public organizations as the research object, through the eight basic concepts, basic characteristics, basic theories, such as organization structure design, organization environment, public organization coordination and control, public organization culture and performance  Lectures on the subject allow students to establish a clear understanding of public organizations.  The last 24 hours of lectures will focus on the theoretical framework, basic functions, and new concepts of public management.  The teaching methods include PPT display, case discussion, special speech and extracurricular reading.  This course requires students to grasp the basic principles of public organization and public management through the study of this course, and be able to use the knowledge and principles of public management to achieve results and actual performance in actual work.
