Biography:
Luo Jin is an assistant research fellow from SIPA(School of International and Public Affairs) and Institute of Healthy Yangtze River Delta,Shanghai Jiaotong University. His research interests mainly focus on strategic innovation, emergency management and public health policy. He has published 10 articles in important Chinese and English academic journals, undertaken and participated in a number of national and provincial scientific research projects and state-owned enterprise consulting projects.
