My name is Sara Ferrando, I am Italian. I got my BA in Chinese Language and Culture in Venice, the city of Marco Polo. Soon after my graduation in 2003, I studied Mandarin in Zhejiang University. After an internship in two public Italian Institutions, in 2008 I started working for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of Italy in the Consulate General of Italy in Shanghai. Last year I discovered the amazing MPA program at Jiaotong University. Since the program is created for part time students, I thought that it would really suit me. As a government employee, I think that this MPA program will enrich my knowledge in the public administration field.
