Zulfiya Mirzoeva (from Uzbekistan)

My name is Zulfiya Mirzoeva（索非娅）. I come from Tashkent, Uzbekistan, where I obtained my Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in International Economy and International Economic Relations at National University. I have gained a solid working experience in one of the biggest and well-recognized Chinese leading ICT Company Huawei. This experience has led me to the next step of my life and raised my interest in China and Chinese culture and language in particular. To understand Chinese language and cultural background, I enrolled in Shanghai Jiao Tong University’s Chinese Long-term Language program. Later I discovered CPE program at Jiao Tong’s SIPA, which I was eager to join due to my utmost interest in Chinese Economy and Politics. I am proud to be a Master’s graduate student of a worldwide recognized University. Currently, I am doing my research on “One Belt One Road” and plan to further develop my career as well as to continue education in order to obtain PhD Degree at Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
